I noticed that the background was getting a bit too small for the length of the page. Therefore, I took the liberty of changing it to something much bigger. Sure, the file went from 91 kb to 203 kb, but I really don’t think it’s that much of a problem. Most of us uses broadband connection nowadays.

Of course, should this be a problem, feel free to comment on that change… I still have the smaller version on the server. Changing it back would be an easy task. Keep in mind though that I might change it again later in order to have a background that adjust to the length automatically.

Finally, I’m done modifying the theme to make it multilingual. Quite a task!

I know, I know, the posts are available in French since last week, but the interface was still in English and therefore wasn’t quite appealing to French user. So I installed the WPML plugin in order to get things available in both languages. After doing some reasearch on that plugin, I was able to make the theme I use (pixel, by sam07) compatible and then translate it. I still have a lot to work on, don’t worry.

I just finished integrating the AddThis button. The goal is simple: facilitate sharing with social networking sites and friends.

Should there be any bugs or errors, feel free to leave a comments… WordPress is still a bit new to me and since I wanted to integrate the stats of “AddThis” with Google Analytics, there could be some unusual behaviors.

But fear not, I’ll take care of those hastily!

For those who just joined us (there aren’t many visitors, yet), this blog was launched last Tuesday in a rush to get something out there. The website is still under development and therefore you may see lots of tweaks here and there as time pass.

Don’t expect anything special, this whole site is still under serious development… reason is I’ve got a lot on my hands with clients’ website… and of course, they take priority over my own personal development.
